Alasdair has been experimenting in the kitchen and has come up with a new menu for 2012!
The Traditional Scottish Breakfast includes eggs, smoked bacon, sausages, chestnut mushrooms, black pudding and oven roasted tomatoes.
The new Contemporary Irish Breakfast includes scrambled eggs (with a dollop of cream) on soda bread with Irish recipe sausages and fresh rocket. Delicious!
Of course there’s always copious quantities of fresh coffee and tea and as much toast, marmalade and jams you can eat.
Seems to be going down well !
By the way we have not forgotten vegetarians and pescetarians – tasty alternatives offered.
